Overview of the project:

Kirei Art Gallery is an interactive website project dedicated to showcasing the beauty and cultural significance of Japanese traditional clothing, specifically Kimono, Yukata, and Geta. Through extensive research, 3D development, and web design, the project combines educational content with immersive digital experiences to celebrate Japanese heritage.

Research:

This step focused on gathering in-depth information about Japanese traditional clothing. By leveraging NotebookLM, I structured insights into three main sections: Overall Information, History, and Cultural Significance. The research ensured the content was accurate and engaging, allowing users to explore the artistry and traditions behind Kimono, Yukata, and Geta.

3D Development:

Using Adobe 3D Stager, I created detailed 3D models of Kimono, Yukata, and Geta, along with culturally inspired environments. These models were optimized for AR experiences, enabling users to interact with the objects dynamically. The immersive visuals provide a stunning and engaging layer to the website.

Website Development

The website was developed using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring responsiveness and compatibility across devices and browsers. Interactive features, such as 3D/AR integration, were incorporated to enrich the user experience, blending functionality with aesthetics.

Reflection:

The Kirei Art Gallery project allowed me to merge my passion for cultural storytelling with my technical skills in 3D modeling, web design, and development. This journey honed my ability to translate research into an engaging user experience while exploring the intersection of tradition and modern technology. It stands as a testament to my dedication to creating meaningful, immersive digital projects.
